We at Noor Boutique accept refunds if there is a valid reason for doing so. If the item or garment you have purchased is either faulty or damaged, then we will get it refunded for you. All refunds must be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the item at email@example.com
We DO NOT offer a refund policy for anything else.
If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may wish to exchange it. The item must be unworn, and you will need to notify us within 5 days of receiving your purchase in writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will offer the exchange and in case where you are not happy, we will offer you a credit note to spend in our online store.
Please note, you will be liable for all postage costs when sending back the item.
If you choose to cancel your order for any reason at all, you must do so within 5 hours of the purchasing your item, otherwise we will only offer you an exchange or credit note. You will need to contact us immediately at email@example.com via email.
If you are struggling to find an item on our website, you may wish to contact us by email or WhatsApp. We endeavour to please all our customers and maybe able to pre–order sold out items.

Pre–ordered items can take between 3 weeks to 1 month to be received. Once you have placed your item, you will be contacted by a member of the Noor Boutique team regarding all the ins and outs of your pre-ordered purchase.
